How I cold sterilize jars. Without oven and steam. My new way

Before, I always sterilized jars for a long time either with steam or in the microwave / oven, and this sterilization always annoying - you have to spend so much time, it happens that you burn your hands too - in general, hot methods are terribly inconvenient and long.

So I began to think if there was any other way - faster and so to speak "cold". And I found him! In this article I will gladly share with you. I'm sure my method will be useful to many.

So, we take the jars and first check for chips, cracks and other damage. If all is well, then the jar is suitable for spins.

Now pour 50-150 ml of vinegar into the jar (you can use vodka), depending on the volume of the jar, cover it with a lid or a saucer - and shake for 20-30 seconds, no more. Then pour the vinegar into the next jar and repeat.

I want to draw your attention right away: the caps that you will use for twisting are sterilized separately. I do this: I just put them in a bowl and pour vinegar for a couple of minutes.

All. The jars and lids are ready to roll. It's quick and easy, and there is no risk of burning your hands. And most importantly: not a single jar sterilized in this way exploded and the pickles did not deteriorate. And I roll up a lot of cans for the winter.

Important: I use this method only for pickles and marinades, but for sweet preparations - compotes, jam and preserves, I do not risk it, I am still afraid that there may be a taste or smell of vinegar.

Therefore, for sweet preparations, I have another method, it is also not hot, but not entirely cold either. You can say "warm". I will write an article about him in the very near future, so subscribe to the channel so as not to miss it.
