A simple but very tasty appetizer for a festive table. It is prepared in no time, but eaten even faster, because the unusual serving on crackers, well, the excellent taste - all guests want to try it right away. See how appetizing and interesting it looks:
Ingredients:
salty cracker
crab sticks
eggs
processed cheese
mayonnaise
greens
We need 80 grams of salted cracker. I recommend taking a cracker without any additional flavors, we buy the most ordinary cracker cookies. It acts as a base on which we will put our cheese-crab filling.
For the filling, you will need 4-5 crab sticks, two hard-boiled eggs, 50 grams of processed soft cheese, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, a couple of sprigs of any greens. Grind everything together with a blender until a pasty state.
If you do not have a blender, then grate the eggs and crab sticks on the finest grater, and finely chop the greens - the consistency will be slightly different, but it will still turn out very tasty. By the way, instead of processed cheese, you can take processed cheese in a briquette.
I do not add salt, because all products except eggs are already salty here. Add a pinch of ground black pepper if desired.
We transfer the resulting mass into a pastry bag and squeeze out onto a cracker. If there is no such bag, lay it out just nicely with a spoon or using a cookie cutter.
Put something on top for decoration, for example, a red currant berry, a few eggs or just a sprig of greens. Serve immediately so that the biscuits do not get wet and remain crispy.
By the way, this filling can also be used for tartlets, so take note. Bon appetit, friends!
