I often make potatoes as a side dish, we love it with the whole family, besides, potatoes go well with meat, fish, mushrooms, pickles and other vegetables.

On my channel, I have many different recipes for cooking potatoes for a side dish. But today I will share a recipe in which we absolutely do not need oil.

Preparation:

We need 5-7 medium sized potatoes. The potatoes can be peeled or left peeled - that's up to you. If the potatoes are young, then the peel is better, of course, to leave.

Cut each potato into small slices. Next, use a paper towel to dry each slice.

Now take 2 egg whites, add salt to taste, spices and beat until foamy. For spices, I usually use paprika and black pepper. Sometimes I take a ready-made seasoning for potatoes.

Combine potatoes and egg dressing, stir well. Then carefully put the potatoes on a baking sheet (I recommend covering it with baking paper).

Put the potato wedges in one layer so that they do not touch each other. Cover the potatoes with another layer of paper and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

After 10 minutes, remove the paper and cook the potatoes a little more - until the slices acquire an appetizing golden crust.

Well, that's all)) Potatoes for garnish without oil are ready! Sprinkle with herbs and serve. Bon appetit, friends!
