So simple and so delicious! I am telling you how I make a delicious apple pie with condensed milk. The recipe is very simple, there are few ingredients, and the result is amazing! I am sure you will like this cake too! Write down the recipe:

Ingredients:

apples
condensed milk
flour
eggs
butter
salt
baking powder

To make this apple pie, you need 3-4 medium apples. We take any apples, but personally I like to use sour varieties more. Cut the apples into small cubes. The peel can be cut off, or you can leave it - this is already at your request.

For the dough, mix 1 can of condensed milk and 2 eggs. Beat with a mixer until fluffy, homogeneous. Next, add 100 grams of soft butter (you can use baking margarine instead) and a pinch of salt. Beat again until smooth.

Next, add 150-160 grams of sifted flour mixed with 1 teaspoon of baking powder. We mix, but you don't need to mix it for a long time. Add apples and mix again.

Put the resulting mass in a baking dish (lightly grease with butter) and put in the oven. The cake is cooked for about 50 minutes at 160 degrees. Grease the finished pie on top with a piece of butter.

Vanillin / cinnamon can be added to the cake if desired. Also, this pie can be prepared not with apples, but with any berries and fruits - it turns out very tasty with cherries, pears, strawberries.
