I am telling you how I cook mini-kurniki with chicken fillet and potatoes at home. I always make the dough on sour cream - that's why my pies are so delicious! Write down the recipe, it will come in handy :))))
Ingredients:
flour
sour cream
baking margarine
eggs
chicken fillet
potatoes
onion
eggs
salt
spice
soda slaked with vinegar
greens
First, prepare the chicken dough. One packet of baking margarine needs to be softened or melted a little. Add one glass of sour cream, half a teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar. Add salt to taste and stir until smooth.
Then gradually add flour - about 2.5-3 cups. Pour flour in parts and knead the dough. It should be elastic and not stick to your hands. We leave the dough to "rest" for 15-20 minutes, and at this time we will prepare the filling.
For the filling, we need 500-600 grams of chicken fillet (breast). Cut the meat into small pieces. Add onions - 1 pc, as well as raw potatoes, cut into small cubes. You will need 2-3 potatoes, depending on the size.
Salt the filling to taste, add black pepper. You can add some greens (this is optional, greens are an optional ingredient).
Now you can start cooking mini-kurniks. Divide the dough into small koloboks, roll them out about 3 mm thick and lay out the filling. The pies can be made round or in the shape of a triangle - it doesn't matter. The main thing is to leave a small hole in the middle so that steam comes out during baking.
Grease the pies with an egg on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Cooking time 30-35 minutes. By the way, from the specified number of ingredients, I get 18-20 pies. Bon appetit, friends!
