How I cook young potatoes in a pan. My favorite recipe

I cook young potatoes in a pan - look how delicious they are. My recipe is very simple, there are a minimum of ingredients, but how delicious it turns out! The whole family adores young potatoes - delicious food is unreal!

Ingredients:

young potatoes
garlic
salt
spice
vegetable oil
butter
bulb onions
greens

We will cook young potatoes right in the skins. It is thin, tasty, you don't need to peel it off. The main thing is to thoroughly wash the potatoes.

Set the potatoes to cook in their skins as a whole, no need to cut them. Add one onion, cut in half, to the potato in the pan. We need it for taste.

As soon as the potatoes are boiled, we drain the water, discard the onion, it will no longer be useful to us.

In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil and the same amount of butter. If your potatoes are small, transfer them whole to the pan. If large, you can cut it in half.

Fry the potatoes over high heat, stirring constantly so that they brown evenly on all sides.

Salt to taste, and add any spices to your taste. I usually only take black ground pepper and sometimes a special potato seasoning.

While the potatoes are fried, grind a few cloves of garlic and fresh herbs. Remove the potatoes from the stove, put them on a plate, sprinkle with garlic and herbs, mix and serve.

If you want, then add garlic to the potatoes during frying, it will be a little different, only the aroma of the garlic, not the taste, but also very tasty.

Such potatoes can be eaten as a separate dish, or can be served as a side dish. Delicious! I highly recommend this recipe, you won't regret it! Bon appetit, friends!
