Awesomely delicious zucchini in cheese batter with garlic - it's impossible to come off! I cooked a large plate yesterday - ate it in 5 minutes! Today I will cook some more, and you can cook it too - it's very tasty!

Ingredients:

Zucchini
Cheese
Sour cream
Mayonnaise
Eggs
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Greens

We need two medium-sized zucchini. Cut them into circles about 0.5-0.7 cm thick, no more. If you cut them thicker, they may not fry.

Next, sprinkle the zucchini with salt to taste, add a pinch of pepper, and squeeze 4-5 cloves of garlic through a press. I sometimes use dried granulated garlic. Mix with your hands so that each piece of zucchini is in salt and spices and leave for 10 minutes.

At this time, let's prepare the sauce that I usually serve with these zucchini. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions, add chopped dill and a clove of garlic. Mix - and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Now let's prepare the batter. Mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 eggs, 3-4 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of salt in a bowl. Stir until smooth and add grated cheese. I put cheese on the eye, about 50 gr.

Let's start frying. Roll each zucchini circle first in flour, then in cheese batter and put in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry zucchini until golden brown on both sides and immediately serve with sour cream sauce, which we prepared in advance. The appetizer turns out to be very tasty! Cook, you won't regret it! Bon appetit, friends!
