I will teach you how to cook delicious and simple curl buns with onions and garlic. They are ideal for borscht, and in general it is delicious to eat them just like that. My recipe is very simple and quick - buns are cooked in literally 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

puff pastry
onion
garlic
greens
cheese
butter

We need a puff pastry package. It is better to take yeast dough, these buns are tastier from it. Defrost and start cooking. You can also take any other dough, for example, for pies or pizza, it will also turn out very tasty.

Let's make the filling. We need 4-6 cloves of garlic, squeezed through a press or grated on a fine grater.

Add a bunch of green onions and dill to the garlic, finely chop the herbs with a knife. Optionally add 1/2 finely diced onion. Sometimes I don't add green onions, but put only onions, or vice versa.

Then add 150 g of soft butter, salt a little to taste, the filling is ready.

Spread the filling on the rolled dough, roll it up and cut it into circles. Place the curls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the buns with grated cheese on top (about 70 g is needed).

Cooking buns in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until browning. Garlic and onion curls are most delicious hot and warm. Bon appetit, friends!
