Lent continues, which means that it's time to share another recipe for a delicious but lean dish. This is a very simple casserole that anyone can make, the ingredients are the most common.
So, the first thing to do is peel and cut the mushrooms into small cubes, I have champignons. I also cut onions.
Fry mushrooms with onions until cooked in vegetable oil. I add to them fresh garlic chopped with a press and fresh dill.
While the mushrooms were fried in a pan, I peeled and coarsely grated the potatoes and poured boiling water over it for 5 minutes.
Then she drained the water and squeezed the potatoes well. I added cornstarch, salt, pepper and hop-suneli seasoning to it.
Now you can "collect" the casserole. To do this, I take a split baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm, grease it with oil and put 2/3 of the potatoes on the bottom of the mold. I level it well and put half of the mushrooms and onions on top. Then again potatoes and mushrooms. The final layer is potatoes.
I close the form tightly with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
10 minutes before readiness, I remove the foil so that the casserole would brown.

Mushrooms 400 grams
