🖐 May the adherents of proper nutrition forgive me, but today I will share the recipe for a very tasty cake called "Cow". This is a very tasty, aromatic, but very easy to prepare cake, which, I am sure, will appeal to many.

The dough will take just 5 minutes to prepare. Beat four eggs with a whisk until light foam and add 3/4 cans of boiled condensed milk to them.

Beat with a whisk again so that the condensed milk "disperses". According to the recipe, you also need to add another 50 grams of sugar, but I do not do this so that it is not too sweet.

Add 150 grams of flour to the resulting mass and mix well. Add salt and baking powder.

We transfer the dough into a mold and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

While still hot, the cake needs to be poked with a fork or, like me, with a toothpick and covered with pouring. To prepare it, you only need two ingredients:

the remaining condensed milk and 50 ml of milk, mix well.

I didn't manage to mix well, since the condensed milk was very thick, but it's not scary at all. The poured cake should be left to cool completely in the form. And then you can cut it into portions, pour the freshly brewed aromatic tea and enjoy 😉.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 can of boiled condensed milk
150 grams of flour
50 grams of sugar (optional)
2 hours baking powder
a pinch of salt
50 ml milk
