🖐 Who is the recipe for a delicious, healthy and hearty breakfast? Recently, I often cook homemade muesli for breakfast, it's very convenient, quick, healthy and, of course, delicious 😉. It's worth saying thank you to an American for such a wonderful invention, which is now used by the whole world. Today I will share a recipe for granola, which I prepare for myself.
Granola is based on oatmeal, and I use minimally processed ones. I add flax seeds, sesame seeds, salt and almonds to them.
You can add any nuts, raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds, ground cinnamon, etc. There is a huge field for imagination.
Then I add vegetable oil and liquid honey. I mix everything thoroughly, honey should "disperse" well in all ingredients. It is important to choose good honey with a strong flavor that will directly affect the taste of the granola.
I grease the baking paper with butter and put it in a mold in which I will bake the granola.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and place the granola dish in it. Bake until golden brown for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then the muesli can be transferred to a glass jar and stored for about a month, but I assure you, it will not last so long, it will disappear much faster.
In the morning it takes seconds to prepare breakfast. To do this, I mix a few tablespoons of granola with plain yogurt and add fresh fruit. Try it.

Oat flakes 300 grams
Sesame seeds 30 grams
Flax seeds 30 grams
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 tablespoons of liquid honey
Handful of nuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
