Today I'll tell you about an amazing casserole recipe, which contains a large amount of high-quality protein, which is suitable for those who follow the figure, and at the same time it is incredibly tasty, and cooking is simple.
The basis of the casserole is chicken fillet, which, as you know, contains a lot of protein and little fat, for which it is loved by adherents of proper nutrition. I cut one large chicken breast into small cubes.
I add salt, spices and 3 tablespoons of sour cream. In order to make the casserole even more dietary, you can replace sour cream with yogurt. Mix well and can be sent straight to the baking tray. Now you can start preparing the fill.
To do this, I cut one small bell pepper and green onion into small cubes. In a salad bowl I mix 200 grams of cottage cheese (you can take low-fat) and 4 eggs, add salt and spices.
Mix well and add chopped onions and bell peppers.
I transfer the resulting mass to meat, which has already been well saturated with the aromas of spices, waiting in the wings.
Now there is nothing left: sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the casserole and put the tomato sliced ββon top.
We send the casserole to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
After removing the finished casserole, you need to let it "rest" for about 10-15 minutes, so that the meat absorbs all the juices that have been released, it will be very tasty, I promise π.

600 grams of chicken fillet
200 grams of cottage cheese
4 eggs
3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream (yogurt)
150 grams of cheese
1 bell pepper
a bunch of green onions
1-2 tomatoes
salt and spices to taste
