Good quality condensed milk should be used for making sweets. This is a prerequisite, otherwise it may not work. Add cocoa powder to the condensed milk.
Two tablespoons with a slide for one can of condensed milk will be enough. Mix everything well and put on medium heat. The mixture must be constantly stirred and not left unattended for a minute.
Our task is to make the mass thicker. It will change color and become more viscous. This takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Next, remove the saucepan from the heat and transfer the resulting mass to a plate.
I cover it with cling film and leave to cool to room temperature.
When the mass has cooled down, you can start forming sweets. To do this, I periodically grease my hands with butter, pinch off a piece of mass and form a round candy. And these sweets can already be eaten, or you can decorate a little for serving.
I took cocoa powder and icing sugar and rolled each ball. You can decorate with sesame seeds and any nuts.
Ingredients: 380 grams of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
