Today I want to share another great recipe. I saw him a long time ago in some culinary show, but I don't remember the exact recipe, so I decided to improvise, and it turned out very tasty, and most importantly useful.
So, for this recipe I took veal, about 400 grams. Cut the meat into small pieces and add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard with grains. I left it for that while I was preparing the rest of the ingredients.
Then I peeled potatoes, 4 medium-sized pieces, one carrot, onion and small beets a little larger than a chicken egg. First, I chopped the potatoes and left them in cold water to remove excess starch, then the rest of the vegetables. You should try to cut everything to approximately the same size.
Then everything is quite simple - you need to mix meat and vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Transfer to a baking sleeve and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
I spent 1 hour in the oven with vegetables and meat.
You can use any meat for this recipe, next time I will try to cook it with turkey.
It turned out tasty, satisfying and without excess fat and oil. Try it.
