🖐 "And put it on the table - it's not a shame, and eat it - it's not a pity" - that's what many say about cabbage. Indeed, cabbage is not only delicious, how not to cook it, but also a very inexpensive product that everyone can afford.
Today I'll talk about how I cook cabbage pancakes. There are many options for such an appetizer, I will tell you my recipe.
I pre-boil the cabbage in water for about 10 - 15 minutes, until soft. Then I cut it with a knife as small as patience allows and send it to a large bowl.
I add one medium-sized onion to the cabbage, chopped with a blender in mashed potatoes, salt and pepper.
Next, I send one yolk, which I have left after making chicken balls, and two more eggs, mix well.
Further in the "dough" I send cheese grated on a fine grater and 2-3 tablespoons of oatmeal (you can replace it with any other).
I mix everything well and fry the pancakes in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
The result is a lot, tasty, satisfying. Recommend 😉.
