Today I want to offer you one more at least a delicious recipe for a hot dish that I cook from chicken drumsticks with vegetables. It cooks very quickly and looks very nice on the table.
Cooking ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks - 6-8 pcs.
Tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
Salt ground black pepper, paprika and other spices to your liking
A little vegetable oil
Getting started cooking ...
We wash the chicken drumsticks, put them in a bowl, pour in the soy sauce, add a little salt, black ground pepper, paprika and other spices to your liking, mix and leave to marinate for minutes 15.
Meanwhile, we prepare vegetables ... Cut the bell peppers and tomatoes into small cubes. Then pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, first put the chopped Bulgarian pepper, fry for literally one minute, then put chopped tomatoes and fry 3-4 more minutes.
Transfer the contents from the pan to a baking dish in the oven.
Now we take the zucchini and eggplant and cut them into slices, about 0.7 cm thick. If the zucchini has a tough skin, it is best to cut it off first. Put the sliced slices of zucchini and eggplant alternately in the form on the "vegetable pillow" accordion.
During this time, the chicken drumsticks will already be marinated, we lay them with vegetables.
Now we close the form with a lid or foil and send it to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, for about 40-45 minutes. And 10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil (or lid) - this way we will allow the chicken drumsticks to brown a little. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
