Today I want to bring to your attention a recipe for a simple but delicious salad that can be adjusted to suit your preferences. It can be prepared very quickly, as in this version, for an everyday table. And you can replace one ingredient, and in this version it can already be substituted on the festive table.

I prepare such a salad quite often and does not get bored: I change only one ingredient and each time it turns out to be different

Cooking ingredients:

Sweet Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Boiled chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Semi-smoked sausage - 150 g
Hard cheese - 150 g
Mayonnaise for dressing
Greens, salt to taste

Let's start cooking ...

First of all, we set the eggs to boil. And while they are boiling (this is 5-7 minutes from the moment the water boils), we prepare other ingredients. We clean the sausage from the shell and cut into strips. This time I took 2 types of sausages - half-smoked sausage and sausages, but you can limit yourself to one variety.

And it is precisely from the meat component the taste of your salad will depend - this time I have a simpler option (homemade). You can boil beef or chicken instead of sausage in this salad, you can use smoked chicken. And also Highly delicious - and this is with a capital letter, if you add boiled beef tongue to the salad. In this version, I cooked for my birthday - and the guests ate this salad very first.

Next, peel and cut the bell pepper into strips.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

By this time, the eggs have already been cooked - we cool them, peel and also cut into strips.

We transfer all prepared ingredients to the salad bowl. Add chopped fresh dill or other greens, add a little salt, and season with mayonnaise. We mix, salad ready! It can be eaten immediately, but when infused, it will be much tastier. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
