Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful to you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!
You can cook absolutely any dish from chicken or chicken meat - it is very long to list them all!
And, today, I want to offer you a recipe for making rolls from chicken legs - this is probably the cheapest "meat" part of chicken. And the rolls are simply delicious!
These rolls can be served as a main course with any side dish or vegetable salad, you can make sandwiches, or simply serve as a cold appetizer.
And here's what you need for cooking (for 2 rolls):
Chicken legs - 2 pcs.
Chicken fillet - 150-200 g
Dried garlic - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Spices, black pepper - to taste
Let's move on to cooking:
First, we wash the chicken legs well and dry them with kitchen napkins / towels. Then we make an incision on the inside, and with a knife we carefully cut out the bones, with a kitchen hammer we slightly beat off. And cut the chicken fillet used for filling into small cubes.
Now, rub both the spread leg and the fillet with a little salt, dried garlic, black pepper and your favorite spices. Enough to marinate for 10 minutes.
Then we spread the fillet along the edge of the flattened leg and roll it up.
Wrap it carefully in foil, and preferably not in one layer, and be sure to tie it with a thread. And, we do the same with the second (and third, and fourth) roll.
Such rolls can be baked in the oven, can be cooked, and also cooked in a multicooker, a double boiler - in my case, this is just 3 option... In the oven, such rolls will be cooked for 35-40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. They will cook for about the same time, they cook for a little over an hour.
After cooking, cool the rolls first in foil at room temperature. Then remove the foil and put the rolls in the refrigerator. Cook, taste, bon appetit!
And I would also advise you to cook delicious sausages without a special shell from chicken fillet: I tried to cook chicken sausages without a shell: I liked it - I share the recipe
