I always assumed that I can deliciously fry and bake potatoes - and, I know a lot of recipes! Although... I really can do it - but, here I was offered a completely new recipe (for me) for delicious baked potatoes.
AND, of course, I definitely tried to cook potatoes according to this recipe!
And today I want to share this recipe with you - the potatoes are soft, with a crispy crust and a very interesting spicy dressing.
Cooking ingredients:
Potatoes - 800 g, 1 kg
Salt, black pepper - to taste
A little vegetable oil
For refueling:
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Coriander beans (grind) - 1/3 tsp l.
Smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp l.
Other spices, pepper, salt - to taste

Peel and cut the potatoes for this dish into large cubes. And young potatoes, in general, are simply washed well and cut with the peel ...
Put the chopped potatoes in a bowl (saucepan), fill them with cold water and rinse them well.
Drain the water, dry the potatoes. Add black pepper and salt to taste, pour in 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, mix.
Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and distribute in 1 layer. We send to bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees - for 20 minutes.
And, during this time - if you want a golden brown crust on all sides, you can mix the potatoes several times... I didn't! I mixed it only after I took out the potatoes from the oven - before that I hadn't touched them at all, so the blush is rare ...
In the meantime, the potatoes are baked, make a gas station. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up. Add chopped garlic, fry for just a few seconds ...
Then add the chopped greens and all the spices, heat up for another minute.
When the potatoes are baked, place them in a large bowl, add the dressing and stir. It is very aromatic and delicious! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
