Snack cakes look spectacular on the table, and yet they are very tasty. Particularly well go hepatic cakes. In this article you will find the recipe simple snack cake chicken liver.

Festive liver cake
Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 400 grams
Eggs - 2 pieces
Milk - 100-120 milliliters
Wheat flour - 40-60 grams
Vegetable oil - for frying
Carrot of medium size - 2-3 pieces
Onions large size - 1 piece
Garlic is a medium-sized - 3-4 cloves
Mayonnaise - 200-250 grams
fresh dill - to taste
fresh parsley - to taste

Preparation:
Clear the onions, washed with cold water.
Cut the onion with a sharp knife into thin half-rings. Shift the chopped onion in a bowl.
Cleanse and wash carrots, rubbed on a medium grater, put in a separate bowl.
Heat the pan over medium heat with vegetable oil. We spread the bow to the pan and simmer, stirring for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
Add the carrots to the onions, simmer, stirring occasionally, until soft carrots.
Put the roasted vegetables on a plate.
Further Let us liver. With a sharp knife remove the liver connective tissue and fat.
Cut the liver into small pieces and washed under running water.
We shift at a sieve to water glass.
When the liquid is completely drained, spread liver slices in the blender cup, pouring milk and shred all at medium speed until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the bowl.
Trying to drive the eggs and mix all whisk until smooth.
Then pour 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and add salt according to taste. Once again, mix the flour and pour in portions.
Stir mass whisk to avoid forming lumps of flour. The consistency should be like a test for pancakes. Too thick mass can be diluted with milk.
Preheat on high heat dry frying pan with a diameter of 10-11 cm. When the pan is glowing, make medium heat and pour into the pan a little vegetable oil.
More to add the oil in a frying pan is not necessary, since the test has oil.
Pouring ladles in hepatic pan fry and pancake batter for 5-7 minutes until golden on one side.
Turn over and fry the other side. Put the ready pancakes on a plate. Fry the pancakes until the end of hepatic mass.
Pour into a bowl the mayonnaise, add passed through a press garlic, a little salt and mix thoroughly. Wash in running water dill and parsley, obsushivayut paper towel, chopped and add to mayonnaise mixture.
Spread on a wide dish cooled liver pancake. It lubricates mayonnaise mixture, it spread the onion and carrot stuffing and evenly distribute.
Repeat the process with all the pancakes. The remaining mayonnaise mixture lubricates the cake sides.
Cover with liver cake with foil and put in the refrigerator for several hours.
We get ready the cake from the refrigerator, remove foil and decorate to your liking, and cut into pieces a la carte.
