If you want to bake today some simple and at the same time unusual cake, then let me offer you a recipe for a cake with an interesting name "Pina Colada".
This is a simple recipe - the basis of the pie is the usual biscuit dough, and is complemented by a delicate curd cream with pineapple.
If you have never tried such a cake, I highly recommend trying it - delicious, simple and very fast!
Cooking ingredients:
For the test:
Butter - 180 g
Sugar - 150 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp l.
Flour - 250-300 g
For filling:
Curd 9% - 400 g
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Canned pineapples (sliced) - 250 g
Sugar - 70-80 g
Coconut flakes - 50 g
Let's get started ...
Everything is done very quickly! We start by making the dough - put softened butter in a bowl, break the eggs, add sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt and grind it into a homogeneous mixture with a whisk, or a spatula, or even mixer.
Next, sift the flour with baking powder, mix. We get a biscuit dough of medium density.
Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with parchment paper - although the word "pour" is not entirely appropriate here... The dough is so thick that it must be spread on the bottom of the mold.
We put the form with the dough aside for now. We prepare the filling - break the eggs into the curd, add sugar, coconut and use a submersible blender to break it into a homogeneous mixture. Then add the sliced pineapples, mix and the filling is ready!
We shift the prepared filling over the dough, level it.
We bake the pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees - 40 minutes. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
