And today, after all, pasta - I already forgot the last time I cooked pasta. When I learned this cooking option, I always cook like that! Much faster, and without a mountain of dirty dishes.

Cooking ingredients:

Any minced meat - 300-400 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Pasta - 300-350 g
Salt, pepper, spices - to taste... And, water
Vegetable oil for frying - 3 tbsp. l.

Let's get started ...

First of all, we wash and peel vegetables, onions and garlic, we try to chop finely and finely, tomatoes are a little larger.

Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, put chopped onion and garlic, fry for a couple of minutes.

Add minced meat - this time I have chicken, but you take absolutely any that you like... Mix everything - the entire mass of minced meat should turn white and even brown a little.

Next, add chopped tomatoes, salt and spices, mix. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Now we pour pasta - straight from the pack, without doing anything with them! Pour in about two glasses of boiled water (hot) or you can dilute 2 tbsp of water in this amount. l. tomato paste. We mix. Cover with a lid and leave to simmer over the slowest heat until tender. When you need fast, fast, the option is ideal! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
