Pie called "Royal" cheesecake it is not for nothing that he carries such a monarch's rank. This is a really delicious cake that deserves its name!

Today I want to offer you a recipe for such a cake - you can say it's a double, but only dark-skinned ... Cocoa powder is added to the sand crumbs, which gives this cake a wonderful chocolate aroma and taste. And chocolate with cottage cheese is just perfect!

I highly recommend trying to make such a cake at least once, and treat yourself and your loved ones! Moreover, the pie is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients for making chocolate curd pie:

For sand crumbs:
Butter - 180 g
Sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 280 g
For filling:
Cottage cheese - 500 g
Sugar - 100 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Vanillin - to taste
Starch - 3 tbsp. l.

Let's start making the pie ...

Let's start by making the filling... Put cottage cheese in a bowl - it is better if it is homemade, with a greasy, soft consistency. If you take the cottage cheese too dry (with grains), the filling will not be so tender.

Add sour cream, sugar, starch, vanillin if desired - here it is more appropriate than ever, break the eggs into a bowl of cottage cheese.

And using an immersion blender, grind into a homogeneous mass. The filling is ready, we set aside for now.

We begin to prepare sand crumbs. Sift flour into a bowl, add cocoa powder, sugar, a pinch of salt.

Next, take the chilled butter and cut into small pieces in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Grate I do not recommend it !!! - the butter will melt too quickly, and the crumb will no longer work.

Now we rub the contents of the bowl into crumbs with our hands or even just with a fork.

We take a baking dish (I have 24 cm), cover the bottom with parchment paper. We spread about 1/3 of the sand crumbs, compact along the bottom and make the sides about 5 cm.

Pour the curd filling.

Pour the remnants of the chocolate sand crumbs on top, carefully level everything.

We bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Take the cake out of the mold and let it cool slightly to stabilize the filling. Cook, taste, Enjoy your tea!
