One of the healthiest seafood is squid. Although, many say about this product "neither meat nor fish." However, this seafood contains many micronutrients and protein, and any dishes prepared with it deserve special attention.

And today I want to bring to your attention recipe for a delicious salad with squid. A close friend shared this recipe with me, and to be honest, I haven't tried a simpler and more delicious salad.

Be sure to try to prepare such a salad at least once, and you will see for yourself!

Cooking ingredients:

Fresh squids - 300 g
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Apple - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
Salt, black pepper - to taste

Getting started cooking ...

First of all, we need to prepare the squid... We wash them thoroughly, remove the chord, then literally for a few seconds put the washed squid carcasses in boiling water and immediately transfer them to a bowl of cold water. After a sharp change in temperature, the film that covers the squid will immediately return and can be easily removed by hand. Then we rinse the squids thoroughly again and put them in boiling water again, cook for 2 minutes and that's it! With this method of cooking, the squid will be very soft and tender.

Cut the prepared squid into small strips.

Cut the pre-cooked eggs into small cubes and add to a bowl of squid.

We take one large sweet and sour apple, peel it and, like eggs, cut it into small cubes. And immediately sprinkle with lemon juice so that the pulp does not have time to darken.

Add apples to the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise for dressing and mix. Salad ready! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
