When the conversation comes about apple pie, the first thing that comes to mind is "charlotte". But this is not the only cake that can be made using apples.
Today I want to offer you a recipe for a brighter, richer apple pie - in the recipe for this pie there are many, many apples, which are initially baked. And, in the end, the cake is simple marmalade !!!
I first tried such a cake only this fall (about a month ago) and now I already know that I will always bake it!!! The unique aroma and taste of apples conquered all members of my family, try to cook and you - I'm sure, as I'm sure... This apple pie will definitely suit your taste!
Cooking ingredients:
For filling:
Apples - 1.5 kg
Sugar - 200 g
Butter - 50 g
For the test:
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l. (80g is enough)
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 80 g
Getting started cooking ...
Sour apples are ideal for making this cake - there will be the right balance of sweet and sour taste. If the apples are sweet, the cake will feel too sweet. We wash the apples well, cut them into halves and quarters, while removing the middle with the seeds. Do not remove the peel !!!
Now we take any suitable sized baking dish, and it is better that it was not detachable - since there will be a lot of apple juice, and it will flow out through the slots of the split form. Put pieces of butter on the bottom of the mold.
Pour half of the sugar on top, distribute evenly over the butter.
Next, lay out the apple slices - choose the most beautiful! They'll be on top of the pie ...
Add the remaining sugar and the rest of the apples.
We send apples to bake in the oven, preheated to 190-200 degrees, for about 40 minutes...

Now there is time to do other household chores, and 10 minutes before the end of baking the apples, we begin to prepare the dough. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt, vanillin and beat with a mixer.
Next, add the sifted flour and now gently mix the dough with a spatula, so as not to destroy the airy texture.
Pour the dough over the baked apples and send it back to the oven for about 20 minutes. The finished cake is just a miracle!!! Delicious filling - how apple marmalade, and tender biscuit dough is really delicious! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
