Chicken roll turns out to be very juicy, tender and aromatic. This roll will replace any sausage. It can be prepared both for a holiday and every day. Spices and herbs can be added to your liking. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

Chicken thigh 8-10pcs
Pepper mixture (black, white, red, allspice) 0.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ground bay leaf 0.5 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Optionally, add nutmeg, coriander.

Take a chicken thigh, remove the bone, beat off so as not to damage the skin.

Place an overlapping piece onto a piece of baking sleeve.

Sprinkle with spices and salt, squeeze the garlic through a press, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Roll the roll tightly so that the skin is on top, tie the edges of the sleeve as tightly as possible with ribbon. You should get a dense sausage.

Transfer the roll to a baking dish, pour hot water on half of the roll and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Leave the roll to cool completely. You can put a press on top, after which the cooled roll will be well cut into circles. Bon Appetit!
