Ingredients
- 300 gr liver (beef)
- 1 pc egg
- 2 pcs boiled eggs
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons soda
- 2-4 tbsp flour
- 2-3 tooth garlic
- mayonnaise
How to cook
Simple products make a wonderful snack! Everyone will love the cooked liver!
We send pieces of liver to a solution of soda (0.5 l of water + 2 tablespoons). By the time of an hour, thanks to this, the usual (unpleasant) smell of the liver disappears and it becomes even more tender.
We pass the liver through a meat grinder (fine), add salt, egg and flour. Mix well and let stand for five minutes. Fry small pancakes from the obtained liver dough.
We disassemble the boiled eggs into yolks and white, rub on a grater. White on coarse, yolk on fine. Mix mayonnaise with garlic (chopped).
We coat one pancakes with mayonnaise and combine with another. Add a little mayonnaise around the edges of the resulting sandwich and dip in the protein. and on top we decorate our chamomile with yolk.
