Dinner on a busy mom: fried pork with onions and mustard in multivarka

Simple and very tasty dish.

Ingredients:

500 gr. pork
3 onions
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
0.5 hours. l. salt
2 tbsp. l. dining mustard

Preparation:

1. Meat wash, dry and cut into thin strips, both the beef stroganoff.

2. Add the salt pork and mustard, stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Onion peel and cut into half rings.

4. Set on multivarka mode "Hot" or "Steamer" for 1 hour.

5. Pour into a bowl Multivarki vegetable oil and put a bow. Close the device cover and leave for 10 minutes.

6. Bow to turn, it should be transparent and begin gold.

7. At bow evenly laid pork mustard. You do not need to stir.

8. Close the lid and continue stewing another 20-25 minutes.

9. Now you can mix the meat with the onion and continue cooking with the lid open for another 10 minutes.

Serve delicious homemade meat fried in mustard with boiled potatoes, rice or buckwheat.
