Ingredients

  • 1 pc (350 gr) Zucchini
  • 200 gr Chicken fillet
  • 3 pcs Egg
  • 2 tbsp Cream 10%
  • Fresh greens (onion, dill)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Wheat bran
  • 2 tbsp Whole grain flour
  • 100 gr Cheese
  • to taste Salt pepper

Steps

Grate the zucchini and salt a little, leave for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the chicken fillet.

Beat eggs with cream.

Chop the herbs.

Squeeze the zucchini through a sieve, add greens, chicken fillet, egg mixture, bran, flour, spices to it, mix.

Put in a mold, I have Silicone, it is easier to spread it later, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees πŸ”₯. Can be eaten with sour cream πŸ˜‹πŸ‘πŸΌ
