You can eat it every day! Awesomely delicious recipe from turkey fillet and vegetables, eaten just instantly!) Suitable for lunch, dinner, and also for a festive table!
Ingredients
for roll:
- 800 gr Turkey fillet (breast, or thigh)
- 200 gr Sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves Fresh garlic
- to taste Black and red hot pepper, as well as salt
- ~ 2 tbsp Olive (or sunflower) oil (for marinating meat)
eggplant mix:
- 30 g Flour
- 1 tsp Khmeli-suneli
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Provencal herbs
- 0.5 tsp Salt
fried vegetables:
- 0.5 kg Eggplant
- 2 pcs Onion
- 200 gr Bulgarian pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 100 gr Sun-dried tomatoes
- to taste Salt, pepper, herbs
- 80-100 gr Frying oil
Steps
Wash the fillet and dry it with a paper towel. We make cuts so that we get a meat layer. We beat off, salt, pepper and pour with olive oil, leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. the filling for the roll is ready! We distribute it on the fillet and roll it up. Tie tightly with culinary twine. Wrap in foil and send to oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Then open the foil and pour over the resulting juice for another 20 minutes.
Cooking vegetables. Coarsely chop the eggplants and roll them with a mixture (composition in the description). Fry in a preheated pan quickly until golden brown. Put the finished pieces on a paper napkin. Next, in a clean frying pan with sunflower oil, fry coarsely chopped onions and bell peppers, add finely chopped garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Salt, pepper and add herbs to taste, and also put the fried eggplants here, cook for another 3 minutes and the dish is ready!
