There are many recipes for salads with crab sticks. I suggest one of those that I like more. Korean-style carrots give the salad its spice, and cheese gives it tenderness. However, you can vary with the ingredients to your liking.
Ingredients
- 200 g crab sticks
- 250 g canned corn
- 120-150 g of Korean carrots,
- 2 eggs,
- 50-70 g of hard cheese
- dill,
- salt,
- homemade mayonnaise
Steps
Cut the crab sticks (leave a few whole ones for decoration). Chop boiled eggs and dill, chop Korean carrots a little. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Combine everything, add canned corn, salt and homemade mayonnaise.
Stir, put the culinary ring on the plate, put a glass in the middle, put the salad, smooth, tamping slightly.
Let it brew in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, remove the ring and glass and decorate as desired. I stack the diagonally cut crab sticks and small sprigs of dill in a circle, and the corn down.
The salad does not have to be placed in a ring, you can simply put it in a salad bowl.
