Cream cheese - 150 g
Smoked bacon - 120 g
Wheat flour - 400 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc

Salt - 5 g
Liquid honey - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 20 ml (mustard)
Egg yolk - 1 pc for greasing

Preparation:

1. In the warm milk dissolve salt, liquid honey and fresh yeast. Then add the egg and pour vegetable oil (preferably mustard). Mix thoroughly.

2. The resulting mass is gradually introducing the sifted flour. Knead the dough and rolls it into a ball.

3. Cover dough kitchen towel or the cover and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, make the filling.
Rub on a coarse grater sausage cheese.

Finely chop the bacon strips.

5. Approached divide dough into three equal parts, each roll into sausage of about 50 cm in length.
Use your fingers to flatten the first sausage, spread on her third of the filling.

6. We conclude stuffing sausages inside. So did the rest of flagella.
