Quick pie on kefir with apples + time for baking. Be sure to take note of this recipe for yourself. The recipe is good because it cooks quickly enough: ten minutes to prepare the dough itself and plus the time for baking.
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 250 ml Kefir
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 50 g Butter
- 320 g Flour
- 2 pcs Apples
Steps
Melt 50 g of butter and leave to cool. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, put 200gr of sugar, add vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer at maximum speed for 4-5 minutes until clarification and mass increase. Add half a teaspoon to 250 ppm of kefir. Stir the soda until the kefir begins to foam.
Now pour kefir into the eggs and mix. Pour in the cooled melted butter. Gradually add flour 320 gr. mix until smooth. Grease the mold with butter, my mold diameter is 22 cm. Pour the dough into a mold.
Peel 2 apples, remove the middle and cut into slices. Put the apple slices in the dough and slightly melt them. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. If the top is browned and the cake is not yet ready, then cover with foil and return to the oven.
