You will forget about the sausage!
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken thighs
- 1 tsp Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Dry garlic

Chicken thighs are best for this appetizer, but brisket drumsticks can also be used. The meat must be separated from the bones. I use meat with skins, but skins can be removed and cooked without them. I cut the meat into arbitrary pieces.
Salt the meat, pepper to taste, add 1 tsp. sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp. thyme and 1/2 tsp. dry garlic. Mix well, distributing the spices over the meat. No gelatin is needed in this recipe. The ham holds its shape perfectly due to its natural gelling properties.
We spread the foil, put the prepared meat on top on one edge. We wrap it in a roll. Do not spare the foil, you need to pack the meat well so that the juice does not leak out.
We bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 * C on an average level without convection for 80 minutes. We take it out of the oven, put a press on top, I have a cutting board and 1 kg. cereals. We send it to the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, and preferably at night.
As you can see, it takes a minimum of active time to cook, and the result is a delicious, natural cuts of meat that will not leave anyone indifferent! What you need for the festive table!
