You can apply for a side dish or to eat just like that, it is still very tasty and what is important - good for health!
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
1 carrot
1 tomato
onion
greens
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt
ground black pepper
1 h. l. a mixture of herbs and spices (to taste or potato)
Preparation:
1. Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into large cubes. If the tubers are small, they can be cut into 4-6 pieces.
It is important to try to come out the same pieces, so the potatoes will get baked through evenly and will not be raw kartoshinu.
2. Onions, peel and chop the thin half-rings.
3. Carrots also wash and scrape knife and then cut into thin strips, which are chopped into sticks. No need to rub carrots on a grater.
In this dish it should be felt, and if someone does not like it - pushed aside cubes is easier to do than grated.
4. Wash tomatoes, cut in half and grate. Can together with the skin.
Suit small fresh tomatoes, you need it only for a pleasant acidity in potatoes.
5. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, onion and tomato.
6. Salt and pepper, add the spices and oil. To mix everything.
7. Transfer to the prepared mixture of vegetables in the sleeve for baking. Tightly fasten both ends of the sleeves and put the bundle in the deep pan.
8. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
9. Put baking in a hot oven and bake the potatoes leaving at 1.5 hours.
10. While potatoes baked chop finely spicy fresh herbs and passed through a press garlic cloves.
11. Ready to put the potatoes in a bowl, cover with the top herbs and garlic, quickly shake and cover with a lid or cling film for 5-7 minutes.
The dish is ready! Can be served.
Potatoes obtained as a frying oil only takes only 1 tbsp. l. spoon or undercooked nothing.
