Ingredients
- 600 gr Beef
- 6 pcs Potatoes
- 350 gr Mushrooms (champignons)
- 2 pcs Onion
- 2 pcs Carrot
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 200 gr Cheese
- 500 ml Water
- Greens (parsley, dill, onions)
- Mayonnaise
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Spices (curry, Italian herbs)
Steps
Wash, dry and cut the meat into small cubes.
Wash potatoes, peel and cut into strips.
Peel and finely dice the onion.
Wash carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Wash the champignons, dry, cut into slices.
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Wash, dry and chop the greens.
In a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil, in small portions, fry the meat on both sides until golden brown (until half cooked) with the addition of curry spices, Italian herbs, pepper and salt
Put the meat out of the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, lightly fry the mushrooms and set aside.
Fry the onions with carrots.
Place our ingredients in ceramic pots:
Put meat on the bottom of the pots.
Put onions and carrots on the meat and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Put potatoes in the next layer and sprinkle with herbs.
Put mushrooms on top of the potatoes. Salt a little.
Next, carefully pour in ~ 1 / 3-1 / 2 glasses of water.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with mayonnaise. The mayonnaise must be smoothed over the surface.
So fill all the pots.
Cook for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Gently remove the finished pots (so as not to burn themselves) from the oven and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh spring onions when serving.
