Ingredients:
1. Carrots (1-2 pcs)
2. Turmeric (pinch)
3. Red pepper (pinch)
4. Linseed oil (2 tablespoons)
Preparation
We take a large carrot or two medium ones, wash, clean, rub on a fine grater, sprinkle with pepper and turmeric, add oil, mix (you can give any shape to the salad using a kitchen "cakes"). Bon Appetit! (must be fresh)
