This puree is "live", because it is not heat treated at all. Live mashed potatoes should be liked by both adults and children.
It is sweet, even without sugar and honey, and gives a feeling of satiety, since all enzymes in it remain biologically active.
And it “self-utilizes” rather quickly, without burdening the body with its long presence in it (as it happens with most heavy foods). And this mashed potatoes are made quickly and easily.
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin (slice (1x10 cm)
2. Prunes (3-5 pcs) or fresh plums 2 pcs
3. Apple (1 pc)
4. Dry apples (handful) it is they that give the most pleasant taste to this puree
5. Water (half a glass)
Preparation
In the evening, they soaked prunes and dried fruits (dried apples) in cold water.
In the morning we washed the apple and pumpkin, peeled, cut into smaller pieces, prepared for cooking.
We put all the products (today's and yesterday's) in a blender container, added warm water.
Then twisted for about one minute, put into a cup and raw apple-pumpkin-plum puree is ready. Bon Appetit!
