This shake is rich in vegetable protein and iodine, which are so beneficial for the thyroid gland. Making a cocktail is simple.
Ingredients:
1. Mash (handful)
2. Water (1 glass)
3. Black peppercorns (1pc) without
(+ You can add your favorite greens)
Preparation
We take mung beans, pour water in the evening (they germinate quite quickly, in just a couple of days).
In the morning we drain the water and put the "awakened" beans to the light (on the windowsill), rinse a couple of times along the way with cool clean water.
When millimeter sprouts hatch, you can use mung bean to make a cocktail.
We put the sprouted mung bean into the blender's container, add water at room temperature, throw in a peppercorn (you can do without it, but it is better absorbed with it) and some greens (also a wish).
We twist it for 30-50 seconds, filter it through a strainer into a glass and a healthy cocktail is ready for use. (it is drunk immediately, because it is protein, and it quickly deteriorates). Bon Appetit!
