But in fact, the same beets and carrots are "smart" vegetables that immediately get down to work and begin their cleaning activities (it is not they who are to blame for the fact that the stomach is "blowing", and the thing is that a large accumulation of old deposits (even one year old) has accumulated in the intestines and they begin to move from the "dead points ".
This is not a bad beet! This "old yeast" has accumulated a lot. And you just need to endure this discomfort a little and everything will be fine... But most break away from the raw food diet at this stage, making the false conclusion that this "live food" does not suit them!
This simple vegetable salad works like a panicle and is best not mixed with "clogging" foods, but on "cleansing" days.
Ingredients:
1. Beets - 1 pc (to improve skin condition)
2. Carrots - 3 pcs (for shine eyes)
3. Milk thistle oil - 1 tablespoon (stimulates liver function)
4. Garlic - 2-3 teeth (antiparasitic)
5. Ground red pepper - a pinch (improves intestinal peristalsis)
Preparation
We take vegetables (beets and carrots), wash thoroughly with running water, and clean. We rub on a fine grater (first carrots, then beets), rub garlic, pepper, fill everything with oil (in general, it is better to eat butter not every day, because it impairs the absorption of foods).
