Ingredients:
1. Coconut - half
2. Raspberries - 1 glass

We take the coconut pulp (first, of course, carefully chopped the coconut with a hammer, by the way, there are many videos on YouTube of how to easily do this by lightly hitting the hammer in a circle). Before buying a coconut, it is worth shaking it to understand how fresh it is (if it is heavy, the milk is not dry, flounders, then most likely everything is in order with it) ...
They took out the snow-white pulp from the coconut, the shell to the side (you can make a pot for seedlings or a house for a hamster out of it), removed the brown film with a knife.
Next, cut the coconut pulp into smaller pieces. placed in a blender container, added raspberries (preferably fresh, but you can also use frozen).
They added warm water, interrupted for about 1.5 minutes, and a gorgeous fat cocktail of coconut and raspberries is ready.
