It is not for nothing that in Russia they always salted cucumbers, fermented cabbage and soaked apples! The fermentation process is called artificial digestion.
The main task of such food is to support the microbiome and normalize the intestines (80% of the immune cells live in it).
We make fermented cabbage useful for our microflora, which improves digestion (it also contains beneficial microorganisms, probiotics, and prebiotics for them).
Ingredients:
1. White cabbage - for 1 liter can (half a medium fork or a third of a large one)
2. Dill seeds - 1 tsp
3. Natural salt - 1 tablespoon
4. Cranberries - 1 teaspoon of berries
Preparation
We take the cabbage, cut off the required amount, then finely chop it, tamp it into a jar, add salt and dill, fill it with boiled water at room temperature.
We put the jar in a warm place, cover it lightly with a lid (not tightly). In a day or two, the fermented cabbage is ready! "Hrum-hrum!"
Put the salad on a plate, add linseed oil, spices, garlic, tomatoes or cucumber and bon appetit, friends! Everything for the good of the cause.
If before that a person ate a lot incorrectly and there are large accumulations of waste in him, then cabbage can cause bloating and fermentation (but this is temporary, but it is good to clean out all the excess).
