Ingredients:
1. Nettle leaves - a handful
2. Nettle stalks - a couple of pieces
3. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take nettles (ideally in May this year, it can be frozen, it can be dried). Put in a jar (if dry, then crush, if fresh, then cut with gloves). By the way, it's not too late to dig it out from under the snow!
Then pour hot water over the nettle and let it brew for 2 hours. Then strain and the beautiful green silicon infusion is ready.
A nettle drink is drunk 1-2 times a day in a stack with meals. In the nettle infusion, juice is squeezed out of a lemon wedge so that there is no blood-sucking effect, although from nettle it is incomparably small than from overeating with heavy food, but still.
