We periodically make ourselves such a cut in a quick way in order to eat garlic, ginger and horseradish root under it, which support us so much in this difficult time of colds.

In order to supply yourself with useful substances as much as possible, at least 5 colors should be present on the table (red, for example, beets, green - cucumber, yellow - turnip, orange - carrots, purple - eggplant ...) Let's make such a quick rainbow slicing.

Ingredients:

1. Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs (red and green)

2. Tomato - 4 pcs (red and yellow)

3. Dill and parsley - bunch

4. Ginger - a slice to taste (you can also pickled, but not comparable in benefits, of course fresh)

5. Garlic - 1-2 prongs

6. Horseradish root - a piece of 1x1 cm

7. Lemon - 1 wedge

8. Ground red and black pepper - a pinch

9. Mustard - on the tip of a knife

(This slicing with spices is not suitable for everyone, everyone knows how much spices he should put in and this must be adjusted to suit your taste)

Preparation

We take vegetables and greens, wash them well, remove all unnecessary (butts, seeds, tails), cut peppers and tomatoes into round slices, put them on a flat plate, put greens.

Sprinkle everything with lemon juice, sprinkle with peppers, add mustard, grate horseradish root, ginger and garlic (you can cut it like this).
