We make healthy homemade halvunya, in which valuable oils are preserved (after all, in the store they are usually squeezed out and halva consists of one cake), even in it does not have unnecessary harmful additives (flour, sugar, flavorings, and others), it is not oxidized from frying in "carcinogenic" oil and prolonged storage! Such halva is aimed at cleansing the body, and not clogging it (clogging).
In general, there are many advantages of homemade halva.
Ingredients:
1. Peeled sunflower seeds - 1 cup
2. Flaxseed oil - 1 tsp
3. Honey - 3 tablespoons
Preparation
We take sunflower seeds (high quality, i.e. not old oxidized), put them in a blender container. Turn on for 2 minutes and grind into powder.
Pour into a deep cup. We heat the honey in a steam bath and pour in sunflower flour, add vegetable oil there.
Mix thoroughly, move the resulting dough into a small bag, roll into a sausage. Put it in the refrigerator overnight. Halva will be ready for morning tea. We take out our halva, cut it into convenient pieces and have a pleasant tea party!
