Cucumbers reduce sugar cravings (this is a known fact). When in the evening we “feel an urge” to gorge ourselves on sweets, as is often the case with everyone, we make ourselves such a “calming” a refreshing cucumber and coriander salad (ground coriander is a fiber that tastes like bread but doesn't clog intestines).
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 2-3 pieces
2. Ground coriander - 1 tablespoon
3. Dill bunch
4. Flaxseed oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Mustard seeds - pinch
6. Garlic - 1 clove (without it)
7. Salt - on the tip of a knife
Preparation
We take cucumbers, wash well (you can peel them off, but all the benefits are in it, unless, of course, it is stuffed with nitrates). Cut into cubes. put on a plate.
Then sprinkle with coriander, finely chopped dill and mustard seeds (they speed up metabolism, but you can without them), if desired, add some salt with good salt, for example pink (it will give saturation with minerals and a feeling satiety).
Fill with linseed oil (you can use mustard oil or your favorite oil, ideally cold pressed) and the delicious salad is ready.
