Let's make delicious fat nut cream and kayfonem! Here are healthy oils in an easy-to-digest form with fiber.

Ingredients:

1. Walnut - 10-15 pieces

2. Honey - 1 tsp (without it)

3. Water - 1 glass

Preparation

We take walnuts, soak them in water overnight so that they "wake up" (they are advised to soak them for 6 days in general!).

From morning or afternoon (whenever you like), we prick nuts with a nutcracker or a hammer, take out the "essence" itself, put it in a blender container (we look carefully so as not to get partitions and shells).

Add honey and warm water. Beat for about a minute with a powerful blender and the nut cream is ready!

You can strain through a strainer with large holes, or you can not filter (if you want to get nut milk, then just add more water). Bon Appetit!

Prompt: it is better not to mix any nuts and seeds with other products, in particular with honey, as is often done, because this way they will cause fermentation.
