It is noticed that by including only one element in the diet, a significant improvement in digestion is observed (and wise V. Ostrovsky the other day in one of his videos confirmed our observations of his food behavior).

It is a natural sulfur (S) from broccoli and others. (mustard seeds, turnip. radish - also contain sulfur). It is she who gives the cabbage this unpleasant specific smell.

We make this thick broccoli shake that's rich in sulfur and tastes good.

Ingredients:

1. Broccoli - 1 bunch (can be with a leaf)

2. Green cabbage leaf - part of the leaf

3. Garlic - 1 slice (without it)

4. Ground black pepper - a pinch

5. Water - 2 glasses

6. Avocado - 1 pc

Preparation

We take cabbage and avocado, wash it well, remove all unnecessary (peel the avocado, remove the stone). Grind the whole cabbage slightly into pieces, immerse it in a blender container, pepper, throw in a clove of garlic (if desired). Top up with room temperature water (or broccoli juice).

Grind for about a minute at high speed and get a green cocktail that will start the "reinforced concrete" digestion for the whole day.
