Now is the time when we lack sunshine vitamins and it's time to brew herbal teas. We take out everything that we have prepared in advance, otherwise it will sag... We have many different herbs in store. I especially like this combination of aromatic herbs.
This herbal collection is saturated with spring and summer sun rays. Let's make a hot tea from it to support our faithful friend's immunity. Such "live" natural tea reduces weight, normalizes blood pressure and improves overall mood!
Ingredients:
1. Calendula flowers - a handful (bactericidal properties, carotenoids)
2. Amaranth - panicle (from a hundred ailments, antitumor effect)
3. Currant leaf - a handful (vitamin C, improves liver function)
4. Peppermint - a bunch (calming nerves, good for the cardiovascular system)
5. Dried red rowan berries - bunch (vitamin A)
6. Flowers and leaves of Ivan-tea - a handful (green tea strengthens the immune system)
7. Honey - 1 tsp spoon (glucose for brain function)
8. Water - 1 liter (preferably melted)
(you can use your favorite ants)
Preparation
We take dried herbs (cut the brooms into small pieces), mix. If desired, pour it into a coffee grinder, grind it harder in order to better give away your valuable substances (you can even sift some of the herbs through a strainer and use a separate powder).
Then we pour the crushed herbal mixture into a thermos, fill it with hot water (we brew the herbs with water up to 70 degrees so that vitamins are preserved in them). After an hour, we filter, add honey (glucose as a transporter will help to deliver all the nutrients where needed) and enjoy the fragrant phyto-tea (this is what we do, you can do it differently).
Have a nice tea and a great winter day, friends! :)
