This cabbage and cucumber salad improves digestion and reloads microflora.Thanks to fiber, it will bring order!It is easy to do.
Ingredients:.
1. Sauerkraut - plate (amount depends on appetite)
2. Cucumber - 1 pc (refreshes and cleanses)
3. Ginger - a piece of 1x1 cm (ginger root resembles the intestines and is good for it)
4. Lemon - a slice (oddly enough leaches)
5. Mustard - a quarter teaspoon (sulfur for vessels, but you can without it)
6. Zira - a pinch (iodine for the thyroid gland, but you can without it)
6. Dill - a bunch (you can use other greens)
Preparation
We prepared all the components for preparing the salad (washed, cleaned, armed with a grater).
They took the cabbage, put it on a plate, cut a cucumber into cubes (or strips, or grated).
Sprinkled on top with cumin (or another favorite spice), added mustard, ginger (preferably grated), sprinkled with herbs, sprinkled with lemon juice and the salad is ready! Bon appetit, friends! ;)
